Haha, plllbt! I'm going through a grey phase (my last color phase for cakes was green), I like the asymmetry, and I like the subtlety.

Thanks and I thought it was the following weekend (Oct. 12?) I can't make it to NY on the 12th, but I will certainly try to make it there to see you!

I dig it. I used to keep a small flogger almost identical to that on my keychain. You know, for emergencies. :)

Really like the grey, and the marbling.

"For emergencies". HAHAHA!

Grey is sooooo my new cake color. I want to make every cake grey. Of course it doesn't work that way, but lately, with each cake I design, I can't help but think, "Wow, this would look so much better if it was grey". Haha.

Hey, it's good to be prepared. I also keep a "clicker" on one of my keychains, for quick corrections here & there when needed. I don't really need it that often, but at least it's there.

I definitely understand going through artistic phases - when I was still writing, I was reading a lot of Bukowski, and for awhile all my writing took on his style. After awhile, it faded, but for that period of time, it was just something I latched onto and it came through in a lot of the stuff I did whether I wanted it to or not.

You forgot to mention how I ordered it in the red velvet cake flavor, which made it oh so much more delicious!!! :)

You truly are a talented artist, wonderful person, and just all together fucking awesome. Your cakes, your personality, your everything. Everytime we have a party I always get TWO questions:

is there going to be a vedi-cake, and is she going to be there? I think you're popular than me, and I've given out some serious poon. -smirk-

Awwww. Thanks. :)

I'm kinda surprised yet not surprised that your party guests ask if I'll be there. Surprised because, "Oh who? Lil ol' me?" Not surprised because... well I'm AZN and a fucking hot flip sooooo, I mean, I pretty much RULE. ;) Oh, plus apparently I know the secret to the "egg protein alternative". LOL.
