I make oatmeal for breakfast a lot. Not only is it good for me being a whole food food and high in fiber, but it’s mighty delicious too. Wait wait wait - I thought you were Vegan. Did you switch, or was I just mistaken in the first place?

Haha, a lot of people make that mistake since most of my cakes are vegan. I've always been lacto-vegetarian (dairy, but no eggs). It's part of the yoga diet I follow.
