busy weekend of fun!!
3rd and 4th of july 2010. Me had two events to go to :3
3rd: COSMO MASCOT PARADE!
i arrived at 1 pm to scout around the area and get myself familiarised with the area. while there, i observed some of talent house moving some of their mascots from place to place.
i met up with ark first, cause i wanted to greet him first and slowly introduce him into the fandom rather than have a group of them hit smack into his face at once
Dark and bloody showed up next with DL's suit in luggages, followed shortly by gale, then shiron. then smyle.
the three suiters then signed up at the registration. from my suggestion, we suited up after that, at least an hour before the parade. (my bad, but that made DL and sMyle heat up even before the parade while i remain cool since i had the lightest suit)
the parade was kinda tiring, with a long stretch to go, plenty of traffic jams, and rough terrian that my feet felt because my feet paws aren't built with any kind of support or protection. it was also hard to see anything.
after the parade, there were some minor stage activities. i missed out on the "dance off for mascots" part cause i was behind the stage and didn't hear it until it was too late. but it's ok
suited up for more than an hour but DL and sMyle had to take it off immediately after the parade. in the meantime, i got about fooling with as many mascots as i possibly can XD
after that, tarns and his shipmate came to see us. (not the same shipmate that came last time) we suited out (except for me, who for some reason decided to stay on in half suit) and headed out for ice cream, and dinner, then coffee. that's about it.
things to note about the day:
1) flameber did come, just can't remember what time
2) mascots from the talent house studio kept running about without their heads (Uh OH) in open public. NO GOOD, so today i kindly sent a message to talent house studio via facebook about that and they replied back nicely, saying that they agree and should at least brief the newcomers about the ethics.
3) half suit walking about orchard IS embarrassing.
4) the suiters for lyo and merly are buzzkills, they don't know how to react to other mascots saying hi to them or trying to engage them. they weren't out for a long time either...
5) the easter bunny hates you. (if you know what i mean) actually, it's just a very active person inside. a VERY active person. and he/she (can't tell by the voice) took my advise and never removed the head, ever, within people sight. he/she accidentally almost knocked out DL's teeth
and finally, IT WAS SOOO FUN!!!! I NEED TO GO BACK AGAIN!!!!]
