technology and computers have been the biggest fucking pain in the ass this week. i've had to deal with my sister's comp, my comp (twice), my mom's friend's comp, and my fucking ipod being wiped (YES, WIPED! 1) That is odd, I read a virgo horoscope that said something to the degree of "this month is not good for electronics and you and all your stuffish will be in the shop"... freaky.

2) That really sicks.

3) I know you said free but for a yearly fee of $20 and $5 a month you can get quite a good bit of webspace @ digipark.com

Happy ... er ... week?

"Mercury, your ruler, will be retrograde all month, so be patient while meetings are cancelled, people become forgetful, technology fails, and appliances need to go into the repair shop. This month is not the time to sign contracts of any kind, nor is it time to make verbal agreements. If you do, you are likely to regret your decisions later."

You can make your computer a server, too (I used to useDynDNS for my desktop) that forwards your IP to a URL. I sent you (AIM) a link or two to places that host online, though

I was totally going to tell you Mercury is in retrograde and how silly you may think it is but it's not - and 21chapters is already all over it! Not just technology, but all communication and transportation.

However - I'm a Virgo - and this month has been awesome.

holy jesus, please tell me you backed up all your mp3s like i suggested instead of just deleting them from your comp after transfering them to your ipod like you were planning.

If you go to dreamhost right now, they have a promotion where you can get a 120 dollar hosting package for 9.95. thats just for the first year though, after that you pay full price, but you can just cancel after the first year i guess. 20 GB space, 1TB monthly bandwidth. 1 domain, unlimited subdomains, etc. hit me up on aim if you want the promotion code.

nah, i was never planning on just deleting them without backing up. i did indeed delete them from my comp, but only after burning it all to dvd's.
