Yes, it would be wrong, only on environmental grounds, of course (unless you maybe use a solar-powered light?). Maybe you could decorate it with garlands and ribbons and garden gnomes instead? (just an idea). ;p

There's a fine line between showing your support for your candidate and annoying people to no good end. This would go so far over that line that NASA would ask for help with some of their deep space probes.
