Sorry for the delay in answering. 15 is actually kind of a combination of two tutorials, so I don't know how I feel about writing a tutorial for it. Unforutnately for some reason I only had one of those tutorials saved. I might actually see how the original creator of that tutorial feels about me writing one. At the very least, I will link you to something.

I believe you also requested a tutorial on another post. That icon I would have no problem writing a tutorial for, but it has somehow disappeared off my hard drive. I'm continuing to look for it, and offer my apologies. That icon I would have really loved to write a tutorial for.

Okay! So I managed to find the second tutorial, which surprise, surprise, was just made by the same person as the first.

So, to get 15 I used the following tutorials by soulspring.
First and Second.

Small differences I made :
On the first :
On step two, my texture is at 55%.
On step four, I flipped that texture.
On step five, I made two layers with soft light - one set to 100%, the other 50%
I did not do step eight.

On the second :
On step two, my texture is at 18%
Skipped step four.
After step seven, I created some more contrast.

Added text, and a brush underneath the text at the very end. The actual brush on that icon is by __lindy.
