We had the same issue at our coffee shop.... so now we throw all recyclables in a large bag, and when they get full, someone takes them to the local recycling location (there are a few around Gainesville, just google for the closest address).

Also, I just found this (http://www.cityofgainesville.org/recycles/) which might help(?).
