we've been asking and asking the kids what they would like for christmas, and the only thing they really really want is a Nintendo Wii.. of course the hardest thing on the planet to get this side of christmas

I sent Chris over to Tesco one night for frozen overn chips and he came back with e Wii as well... most expensive chips I've ever eaten! A stacker had just put the box on the shelf and Chris nabbed it there and then.. he looked so pleased with himself when he got home!

hahaha i bet!!! tell him if he paid £179 for it to be even smugger than ever too!! they've gone up considerably in the last few days!! i've rung every store locally on a daily basis looking for one!

Our kids are getting a 360 and a Wii for xmas. We bought the Wii in September, Amazon had loads then.

Amazing how much they have gone up now!

I stupidly didn't get an extra remote, we've been trying to get Wii Play as it comes with a remote but it's sold out everywhere, got it on back-order at play.com so it might turn up. All the shops in this area are sold out of remotes and haven't been able to get any - BUT... I had a stroke of luck and spotted one in Asda on Sunday, hidden behind some other stuff so I grabbed it!

LOL! I'll remind hubs to get it all out at some stage and make sure we have everything we need :) they didn't tell u either then.. when u become a parent u have to develop sneaky shopping skills hehe
