I was in a third world country for over a month when these new sanctions occured? Do I get any leeway? I mean c'mon... computers and the interw00t are not that readily accessible in towns surrounded by Soldiers, Guireillas, Paramilitaries, Terrorists, and Cocaine KingPins if you can imagine.
Thankfully the carbonbs would blow up after I'd leave the target areas. *sigh of relief*
