Megan likes Ned because he is dorky, but not stupid and because he truly cares for people and is very down to earth. Compared to all the crazy people in camp, it is really a relief to meet someone as normal as him (the death touch aside). She thinks Ned and Chuck are simply adorable and is glad they're friends and colleagues.

Right now a positive impression. If he doesn't turn out to be terribly stupid, Megan likes him, she likes all the adventurer-looking-types by default at first.
