i wish they had done some more work in determining if it was the gluten free or the Vegan part, or both. since i REALLY dont want to have to do both....i like my bread way too much

true, i even know how to make it.
but
i am a breadmaker. i have two breadmachines and make my own bread with whole wheat. i have even ground the wheat berries on occasion.
i keep a sourdough culture
it would be .... annoying
not impossible, not "unthinkable" but seriouslly aggravating to have to give up wheat.

i have celiacs, and yeah, it was annoying to give up some of my favourite foods [like rye bread]. in the end though, i valued my long term health over some short term pleasure. :]

i know how to make gluten free stuff......
i just do not have celiacs, so i am hoping that the gluten free thing isnt needed to combat potential RA.

as an aside, with celiacs stuff...... i dont know if you have tried it, but i had a "raw food" brownie that was AMAZING. and no flour at all..... none. no grain even
i have two recipes. one comes out more "fudge" and one a bit more "cake" but they are both good
