Hey all! Made some delicious Thai(ish) cabbage rolls, and wanted to share. Pretty simple. It was! Gave some to a friend who loved them. Didn't tell him they were vegan. That's my second favorite part about cooking (behind eating it, of course): getting non-vegans to admit that vegan food can be delicious.
