Help in finding a substitute for condensed milk in a popsicle recipe please

I'd replace Rumchata with some soya cream with a little whiskey blended in.

For cream cheese, buy a vegan cream cheese, or you could make something similar from silken tofu with a pinch of salt and tiny bit of cider vinegar.

For sweetened condensed milk, I'd make a heavy (one cup almonds to one cup water, blend thoroughly and strain) almond cream, sweetened with whatever takes your fancy (dates, sugar, sugar replacement, agave nectar, whatever).

I would use coconut milk or cashew cream. They are both heavy and thick like the Bailey's should be
