nutritional shakes (shaker/blender ball compatible)

What does everyone like to do for easy protein/nutritional shakes? I'm on a med regimen that messes with my appetite, and I've found shakes useful for times when solid food is not going to happen ( Read more... )

I use Vega - 20g protein a serving (all Vega products are vegan). I buy it at Whole Foods, but the stuff isn't cheap.

Peanut butter that's just peanuts has 18g protein per quarter cup, so I just dump that in the blender with soy milk (much more protein than almond) and a frozen banana and call it a day. When I had a year of indigestion following horrible food poisoning, I lived on these--they're very easy on the gut.

I really like the VegaOne shakes, they're pretty great and have a lot of variety of flavours.
