I passed Starshmucks coffee class inspection so I got to sit for five hours listening to some guy who takes his job WAY too seriously talk about the history of the corporate coffee monster and watch this video of some fish market in Seattle. These poor dead, gutted were being tossed about for the amusement of tourists who I guess couldn't get

Ugh...Starschmucks is using the infamous "fish market" philosophy about happy sparkly customer service? I just hate that people actually have consultant jobs going around the country to businesses and showing that video to supposedly pump people up rather than just letting us do our drudgery already.

As far as taste, I think their regular coffee is unspectacular and their espresso is total tastebud-killing swill.

Ah, with a little chocolate syrup it's tollerable. Plus, I was spending too much on soy iced mochas already and I get them free now!
