I beat my record on the deadlift today. 140 lbs. Not really something to brag about, especially for a guy with legs my size, but considering I'm still leg-injured AND it was for 8 reps on my 4th set, it was pretty good.* When I started again in mid-may, after a month of being too injured to lift, I could't get above like 100.
