No problem! At first I thought that a post I commented on had comments screened... then I thought I must have done something wrong in some community to get my commenting rights taken away. Then I googled. :-)

Well that explains that post the other day where I saw a totally normal response to a question get screened as spam. I was all like, "Whaaaaaa?" Thank you to whoever turned it off in VP!

From the home page I went to communities->manage->profile, then there a sentence above the profile settings that says "Here's where you fill out your Profile page. You don't have to display all of your info to everyone - check out the options below. You may also want to edit your comment settings or your viewing options." Click on comment settings, then the option is "spam protection."

You can also go to Profile > Settings and select the name of the comm in the drop-down menu at the top of the page (marked "Work as user").

Or use this URL format: http://www.livejournal.com/manage/settings/?cat=privacy&authas=COMM_NAME_HERE
