how is everyone doing? thought it might be fun /helpful to do something like post healthy thanksgiving recipes or tips for maintaining/losing weight during the holiday season. i have been going to lot's of spinning and kickboxing classes and doing weights and ab work. The scale doesn't budge. I'm going between 172.8-176.8lbs. Usually it's 173.8 or 174. It's been the same for months, no matter what I do. My body fat % is stubbornly staying the same. My clothes aren't fitting any differently. It's really frustrating. I used to weigh 235lbs, and weighed about 195 at the beginning of the year. I don't see any improvements either, just the same flab looking back at me every time I'm in front of the mirror. GRAR.
Spinning sounds so fun. I stopped riding my bike when it got cold and icy. I miss it. I've also never eaten kale, as far as I can remember.
