i have no idea, actually, if would be to my financial advantage or not. there aren't many voice over IP companies, and i don't know about changing hardware and whatnot. :(

any time i want to change my rate plan. if i were to just pick a plan and stick with it, it would be fine. but some months i might want to make more phone calls and have the unlimited minutes.
