Tonight was the debut of the Sin City Transylvanians performing the Rocky Horror Picture Show in their new venue at the Sci Fi Center. We were filled to near capacity. Divine Decadence has a new venue at last. We are alternating weekends with a new cast, The Sin City Transylvanians. We are very excited to be performing again. While at work yesterday, I took a fall and landed on my knee. I spent ALL DAY in the injury clinic that my workplace sent me to. Luckily, I told Don to bring the laptop with him. After being there for 6 HOURS, I came away with a contusion of my right knee. I am now wearing a knee brace and I am on crutches. I have to deal with this until at ( Read more... )

Well, I am feeling better after having my injections two weeks ago. Yesterday was the best I have felt yet, so I actually got to the gym for a change. Yipee!!!! It was a great feeling of accomplishment to do that ( Read more... )

Well, my spinal injections went well. I got to the Dr., they prepped me, gave me medication to put me to sleep, gave me three needles in my spine, I woke up about an hour or so later, and then Don took me home. I slept for a while, then had to go to Rocky. Sitting was (and still is) kind of uncomfortable, but I managed to get through it. Then ( Read more... )

Well, today is the day I get my steroid injection in my spine. The procedure is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. They will put me to sleep, and I will wake up about an hour later and it will be all done. Then Don takes me home and I can rest before going to Rocky tonight. I will be there, but I will probably not be able to do any lifting or anything. I ( Read more... )

Our audiences are getting larger every show. On Sunday afternoon, there will be flyers for our next weekend of shows at Megan's house. I encourage all cast members to come over and pick some up.
