dweebs-a-plenty

On monday, my french grammar teacher caught me doing a crossword hidden behind my notebook. she made some crack about how i had to do intellectually stimulating things at all times, even if they got in the way of her roll call. i said that was probably true. the whole class laughed at me in a malicious way. i felt like i was in 4th grade again.

The class laughs maliciously, but will never know the beauty of logic, because they'll be too busy worrying about brad and jen and laughing at fart jokes.

it's pretty close to what it would seem in english: the martyr, the hero of the french language.

man, i need to really brush up on my french. it's been way too long, and i was never a good speaker. writing, reading, even listening aren't so bad. but speaking, terrible.
