Congrats on both offers! I would say do whatever you would feel the most comfortable with? You would also have to think out what means more to you, higher position with the bitch, or a higher, but smaller, position with an evironment that would be easier to work in. Really depends on what you want to take on! If you're the co-head wouldn't that give you a chance to become the head later on? (Psst, get me free glasses and stuff.)

Lol I'm still so confusedddddd :(

I still really wanna give the first job a shot but then I know I'll miss my friend at the other job... I don't think I can be co head then like the full head position coz she's my age and I doubt she will leave any time soon!!!! I really have no idea T_T

Which one leaves you more financially secure? Sounds like the first! Which leaves you more satisfied? Sounds like the second! You have to do this for 40 years, you may as well enjoy it, mate. I'd say take the second and never work a day in your life again!

Blah I don't know what to do...ive been thinking and thinking about this coz I'm so worried that I'll make the wrong choice and I can't go back. So what Ive come to is, ONE, I think I would love to have a go at being the manager but then I'm worried that I'll hate it. Whereas in the second job I'll be under someone probably for as long as I'm there coz she's only a few years older and she has said she would never leave unless she's fired lol so then I don't know if I have room to move and grow T_T

So tired...
