Thanksgiving is getting close here in the States. And Christmas isn't too far away either.

What are your favourite Thanksgiving/holiday recipes?

I like to make stuffed squashes and/or pumpkins for my Thanksgiving meal. And garlic, red mashed potatoes. and mushroom gravy. Other things too but those are the things I personally love to make.

What kind of stuffed squash? I'm thinking of doing some sort of stuffed acorn squash as my main dish this year, but I'm not sure yet.

Lentil loaf, stuffed mushrooms, cranberry or pumpkin bread.

I know it's a super-cliched veggie xmas dinner, but my mam makes the most amazing nutroast. I'm getting hungry thinking about it...
