I did a little reading and while someone somewhere said it could be done my cursory search only turned up people asking this question and those saying "yes!" So... is this really possible? Does it come with all the probiotics and live cultures of dairy yogurt? How would I make it? I'm presuming with rice or soy milk or something similar but those

Soy yogurt is basically made the same way as regular yogurt, though the temperatures are probably different: heat the milk to almost-boiling, cool to just-hot-enough-to-touch, add your starter culture (typically a bit of premade soy yogurt), and let it incubate for a few hours in a warm spot.
