I've been having little slip-ups. sometimes it's hard. If everything remains somewhat normal it's not. I'm in Oregon with fam, and normally I eat more here. So I'm trying to deal with my 'past self' haha, and not completely pig out like I used to. The more I think about my goal, the easier it is to deny. I'm slowly getting there :) I don't know if I'll weigh myself this saturday lol. I'm trying to work out at least 5 days/ week. So if that happens, I will and hopefully I'm less than 145.
