Curiously how many episodes is on a single Kai Blu-Ray? Like does it go through an entire arc?

They're doing them in 13-episode two-disc sets, just like the DVDs. The weird thing is that for "Kai" volume 1, Blu-ray set 1 disc 1 is 9 episodes and disc 2 is 4 episodes... whereas the DVD has 'em split up into a more appropriate 7 and 6 episodes.

Episode 13 takes you up through ALMOST the end of the Vegeta fight.
