So apparently I can can create polls. NEAT!

zebrallama and I are considering doing a road trip when I'm back in Australia in August. And we wanted your opinions. We'll be in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney at different times anyway so you can catch us in these places already.

The Great Ocean Road takes you into temperate rainforest country. There are some lovely walks in the area, both short and long, and the waterfalls might be running at that time. The Otway Fly goes into the rainforest canopy.

I don't recommend roadtripping the high country in peak snow season. Visit, maybe, but not to go scenic-driving around.

Mildura will be nice that time of year. You could go tour the orange groves and get fresh orange juice, or stop in at the Angas Park factory outlet for large bags of dried fruit.

I may be able to make you vegan chocolate truffles if you stop by...
