Recipe: Tofu, Mushroom, Snowpeas

I put this together most recently when nevryn , C and the Dutchman came over. We served it along side a vegetable stir-fry and Malaysian style mock chicken curry on quinoa. Much tastiness.

Stuff you need (amounts to taste- as per usual)
Dried shitake mushrooms either sliced or whole
Block of firm tofu
Snowpeas*
Toasted sesame oil
Dark soy sauce
Brown onion

So will you correct Wikipedia? I'm not saying you should: I know you've got other things to do with your time! I'm just interested in who does and who doesn't correct Wikipedia when they find mistakes. (For the record, I usually don't bother, but sometimes I do.)
