I am not working at my camp this summer. I guess I haven't had time to update since I found out on Wednesday. They told me there was not a place for me there this summer. I was expecting it in a way, and it's forced me to grow up some this week. I had a good long cry about it in the shower that night, and now I'm moving on. Applying to Green

Camp this year

Hey Em, I'm going to stay anonymous just for the sake of it...First, I'm sry to hear that you can't go to Crystalaire this year. I know first hand that this year has been managed quite poorly. But also, there were so many applicants for a few jobs...sadly, crystalaire is on its way out. There were many tough decisions to be made and some people had to be let down. I'm sorry. On the other hand, I think there are many factors this year that has led to many important crystalaire ppl feeling left out. Some ppl were not made for camp management material. And some ppl think they know alot more about camp then they actually do. I have not been involved with this whole thing, but know some parents have been involved and partly due to lack luster interest from the decision making part of it. But crystalaire will always be a part of you, that's something they can't deny you. Everyone must leave it sometime. feel better, good luck...and remember you didn't hear it from me...i'm a ghost...
