Hi there.

I'm trying to gather a few new recipes for the crock pot. I have a few parameters, though:

1) Vegan or at least vegetarian
2) Fairly inexpensive to make
3) Slow cooks pretty much all day

I'm fond of soups and stews and such, as well as any other veggie main dishes out there... So what's your favorite?

Hi, this journal is mostly a recipe journal--so please feel free to page through the back entries to find recipes! The tags to the left are clickable and can help you find recipes with a particular ingredient. All the recipes are vegetarian, a lot are vegan--or at least adaptable.
