Andrea I actually think a lot of the same things that you do... well, what you wrote here anyway. You're a super neat person. You're more motivated than me though. I haven't done anything artistic much all summer.... and i want to. I just never get around to it. I feel like I've spent so much time doing nothing lately. Working, that's all I do... kind of depressing.

But yeah, anyway... :) You're interesting and I wish we talked more, I guess that's all I was trying to say here. Oh, and if you're like me you'll probably feel better when school starts again. During the summer I tend to feel like I'm wasting time and getting no where; which is why I might go to school all year next year. Not sure though...

Everyone feels stuck in a rut sometimes, school starts soon and you'll be meeting new people and learning stuff, it will be fun. I wish that I could be coming back to school with you 2. I MISS ANDREA AND LIBBY! I feel really stuck, thats prolly because I am, it almost like I can't get away from being depressed, normally I can find something that makes me happy, but not here. I'm might be coming home Sep.2 depending on how long Alex and I stay in Canada, but I will most likely be home 9/2 and we should all do something fun!

i am the exact same way with alot of things you said in this journal entry.
Bay City it seems like you have met everyone you could possibly meet after awhile and you just crave something different.

At the same time you are comfortable but you dont want to be so comfortable that you are afraid to move...and that makes ya sometimes feel like that you will be here for the rest of your life doing the same thing over and over again.

i think all of us crave stability sometimes...infact some people are just happy when they find stability and never leave it.
its something about this place that makes you feel stuck here.in a very mundane routine...and it makes my stomach sink thinking about it...

i know there are more things to do besides sit here in this town. besides going to a job you dont like and seeing the same people everyday...

ugh...we should have a conversation about this sometime lol...

"this place this town is good for nothin but feeling down"

i hope you are out of your rut this morning...and feeling better!

Heya. If you want some company for sewing and beading and stuff, give me call. We should get together soon.

I think Jill made a good point about the fact that no matter where you are, a small town or a big huge city filled with people...you won't be happy without people around you that love you.
So even though right now it would be nice to travel outside of here and find a new place...your loved ones and friends won't be there, and eventually the loneliness will eat you up and you'll end up coming back.
It's kind of interesting Andrea how you mentioned that with all of your friends, there's something that you don't connect with because you're different ..but why would you want friends that are exactly like you? If all of your friends were the same as you, why not just be friends with yourself? You should find out what makes you different from your friends, and use that to learn from them and not looking at it as a trap.
