I wrote a few sentences about each person on my friend's list. If you want, your contribution to it all is to guess which one is you! Oooh, mysterious. Or, you know, whatever.
(This is what I do at work...my job is sweet.)
1) You are an awesome person. You have a great wit and a unique perspective. You're amazingly mature, but you don't give yourself enough credit. You're one of the few people I could tell just about anything to.
2) We used to talk a lot, and now I really don't know anything about you. In a lot of ways, that's a shame. I think we could have stayed good friends, and it's too bad that we didn't.
3) We used to talk a lot more than we do now, and your life has changed a lot. I guess mine has too, I just don't notice it as much. Either way, you were always a nice guy, and you still are. You have high ambitions, but I don't think they're wrong. You're a smart person, and I hope someday I'll be hearing about how far those ambitions have gotten you.
4) We used to hang out more, but now we're in two different places and we really don't get a chance to talk. You were always fun to be around, and driving you home that one night was fun!
5) I don't really know you very well, but you've always sort of been.."intriguing". I find the way you look at things fascinating.
6) You are one of the few people that really stands out in my mind as someone that I wish I had never drifted apart from. I really think you are just an overall awesome person, and very intelligent and mature. I always really enjoyed hearing your thoughts on things, but there is a very definite space between us now.
7)) I think you are an amazingly strong and smart person. I really admire the way that, despite everything that you have been through, you just..keep going. (I know - what else are you going to do? But a lot of people don't make that connection..) I feel like I can relate to you better than I can to a lot of people, which is surprising because we haven't known each other long, and we don't get to talk often.
8) We were never very close. We had a lot of similar friends, but we never got much one-on-one time. I sort of wish we had, because I always thought you were a lot of fun, and a really cool person.
9) You have always been one of my "funny friends". You have a good sense of humor, and you're just overall laid back and easy to talk to. You're always fun.
10) You are one of the funniest people I know. I don't know as everyone really "gets" what a clever person you are...which is their loss. You're another person that I really wish I talked to more often. In fact, I'm not sure why we don't.
11) We never got to be VERY close, but Broadway Dinner was fun! Even though we never spent a lot of time together, I do think you're a nice person, and I wouldn't mind getting a chance to do more with you.
12) We should hang out more. Seriously. I know we never were the best of friends, but you're a fun person and we do have our memories and girl chat! It is practically criminal that we don't take advantage of all the time we COULD hang out more often.
13) You are just really..awesome. I really admire you. You're so brave, and you've dealt with so much. You're fun, but mature, but also not. No matter how long we go without talking, it always feels like we've been friends forever (well, I guess we kinda have..) without any awkwardness or anything when we do catch up.

I think our lives have started going two different ways, and we both have our own things now, but I guess that's life. Either way, we realized we had a lot in common, and we were always good friends. Now we don't get much time to hang out, which I really, really regret. We both have our own stuff going on now, but I still think of you as my best friend and I wish we had stayed closer.
19) We don't talk much anymore, we're mostly just in two different worlds nowadays. But I think if you just put your mind toward motivating yourself, you could accomplish a lot more than you think you will.

We've been friends for a long time, but we've progressively drifted further apart, especially now that you're not living in the area. Hopefully we can hang out the next time you're in town. You're one of the few people that really makes me wish I was better at keeping in touch with people, because I wonder what you're up to all the time.
