Okay, so at the end, when Adrian was giving his Villain Speech to Dan and Walter, in the scene where he was talking about JFK's speech, in front of the tv screens in a flashback...he had a tiny cat with him..that was most definitely not a Lynx:

That just makes me picture Adrian's bbcat climbing onto his back when he's all beat-up and trying to sleep, like my sister's cat Tits keeps trying to do to me. And then being nonplussed when he makes annoyed noises and sets it down on the floor again. I didn't even notice the little cat there, awww.

Tits is adorable, he's only a kitten but he's awesome. (And I suppose it's only the more coarse update to how I call Bubastis "Boobs".)

This needs fic and art, lol, like, Adrian all bandaged up and bbcat sitting on his chest or on his pillow beside his face, cats do that.

I always assumed it was just Bubastis as a kitten in that panel, but it makes more sense that it would be a regular house cat. Adrian was probably just starting his experiments with genetic mutation at that time.

Got to bring out the biology nerd and say: it could very well be a bb lynx. Lynx cubs look like every other kitten does, and their ear tufts are so tiiiiiiiny that you need to look real hard to see them (which is just so adorable).

But! Unless he also genetically extended her lifespan, it probably wasn't Bubu, since Lynxes usually don't live that long.
