Thank you. Much appreciated. I am very much looking forward to this years' worth of shooting. I am just waiting for things to warm up quite a bit and I am going to go at it hard...slowly but hard....clicking when it is there only.

Hello *waves* I found you on one of the photography communities and wandered over. I like your work, your commentary on working with models etc and your lj in general. So I have taken you up on the invitation to friend you, and just thought I'd let you know and say hi.

Oh and agree with your observation that it is better to know what you want to do and go through a shoot quickly than plodding along. From a model's perspective, often the poses which look great on camera are tough to hold. I always appreciated photographers who took photos quickly, or if they needed time, could get everything else ready before I got completely into pose.

I love the angle and pose of the second one, as well as how vivid and dark your model is compared to the background. Have you photoshopped for that effect or did you get it on the camera? If so, how?!
