My mom had a dream filled with puppets the night before I left for the longest-day-in-the-world audition. And it was totally accurate; she predicted what happened in as far as what I would end up deciding about the job. Dreams are wierd. I am glad your bloody horror movie review did not come to pass, however.

Once, when I was working the deli-counter at Mars Supermarket, I had this crazy dream where I was slicing some Ham or something, and Joanne Klein comes riding by on a horse, all naked like Lady Godiva, and reminds me that I have a test next week, and that I'd better study.

You aren't just sliding by in this job, you aren't just squeaking. You are excelling, and you know it . . . you have made your boss's job easier because you handle his (loveable) wackiness and zeal for his responsibilities and the mix-ups it causes. You wrap things up in nice bows for your scatterbrained supervisor and on the few occasions your ministry doesn't result in manageable bows, you still manage to leave the stress at work.
