Did actually get Shannox down last night, on the third attempt. I'm inclined to say we should be trying for Rhyolith next, to give us a break from Beth'tilac. Unless we can boost dps by a good 2-3k each I doubt we could get Beth down before her soft enrage, but Rhy doesn't really have that. Actually controlled BH, too, so we did two runs of that.

Eventually I will return honest!!! And that'll be one more raider you can count on regularly! And I will totally be using my comp time and leave post-deployment to gear back up. :) And possibly to find a new job and sell the house and such but also WoW!

Yaaay. XD We clear the tier 11 content fairly easily now, and apparently have bitching boe luck, so getting you geared should be pretty quick. I don't know what all you still need, give me a heads up when the time comes and I'll set stuff in motion for ya. :)

I plan on being more dependable too, i've been wanting to try raiding with you guys again for awhile but i still dont feel that im quite rdy, things have been crazy lately and i havent had much time to look at boss outlines...also no offence lurkz but i did not notice you had taken a break, dont know why but even though i dont see your name in the online guild roster it still feels like your their, werid i know lol...and Vel its starting to seem that nouvel is having enough people where you can start cutting, now im not trying to tell you what to do of course but who knows maybe its time to be more strict, like say if some people are missing raids on a regular basis then give them a time clock saying if you dont step up then your out and i know you dont want to be too mean but a lot of people, including myself, respect u as a GL, i think most people would understand if you wanted to be more firm in your decisions...just my opinion and some suggestions, hope they help :)

D'aw. :3 And I agree, she's not online a lot because of the far more important things she's doing, but it does still feel like she's around :) My problem with raiding comes because I have a lot of people around, but their schedules are all kinds of messed-up. I don't think we're doing well enough to be only doing 1 day a week for raids, but I also don't have the ability to say "you 9 other people show up on this, this and this day" and have that happen. I also don't seem to have enough people I know well enough to make two groups. I know lilseus and jwh and mort and masacer and lots of others would like to be able to raid more (or at all) but without consistent groups, how can I take them over someone like thunder, tre or gunz who always show and are very reliable? I suppose as we get more and more skilled and geared we will be able to do more and more bosses, but this has always been the way - I can only really count on getting one group together for a single day, and whatever we clear in that time just has to get more efficient.
