The no-knead bread is so good! I want to make it with a blend of flour sometime--all-purpose is great, but I think semolina could be awesome.

It is really good! I have made it twice now; I really ought to make it more often. This time I did 1/3 wheat flour and 2/3 white, which turned out very well. I'd like to try some rye, also. Semolina would be good too!
