The keeton remains cute. I'm not convinced her name is Gretl, but E and our 3-year old niece are, so I guess it will grow on me. She seems to have a cold! Poor baby. Sneezing is the main symptom. She is still purring like a champ, though. We are still keeping her separate from the other animals and washing our hands a lot and will take her in to

So, totally unrelated, but... today I saw two women walking a dog along West River Rd. I was driving by and didn't catch a good look, but at first I thought it was you and Erika. As I kept driving I realized that I hadn't seen much from you in a while, and then when I got home and caught up on lj from the weekend, here you were. Eerie, no?

Hope Gretl gets rid of her sneezes soon!

I can't believe I resisted a keeton this long. She is such a sweetie-- very cuddly.

The vet thought that she won't need drugs unless her condition deteriorates... she is still eating and drinking (and purring) for now. He gave her some wet food which she totally chowed down on, so we will give her more of that.

Yeah, I was a little shocked! This dude is a crazy cat vet (it's a cats-only clinic EXCUSE ME KITTY KLINIC) who has been treating kitties for like 37 years, so maybe that has made him more conservative with the drugs. But I'm happy I don't have to cram any liquid meds down her throat!
