Just wanted to say that bridge collapse in Minneapolis on 35W is blocks away from where I work. I was leaving work and got a frantic call from a co-worker who nearly witnessed the incident and was on hand for the aftermath

It's so weird and surreal and terrifying. It took a long time to sink in that this happened here. I have not been across the river yet. We are going to a friend's in NE Mpls tonight a roundabout way. Wow.
