well, i THOUGHT i was gonna have to kick him out but he showed up today with all the money he owed me so im gonna give him one more chance. if he is more than 3 days late on the november rent he's outta here. im keeping both his PS2'S as collateral. ;)

as of now...no. i just got settled here in NYC and im not really looking to uproot my life again just yet. but ya never know.
