I had one of the strangest job interviews I've ever had today. I went in to the office and told the boss man a bit about myself. Then he looked at me and said "Your turn, ask me questions" For about half an hour I interviewed him

How else will he know you can ask intelligent questions, gather interesting information, and otherwise prepare readable material?
