I had wondered if those were for this... xD Actually, you gave her t-three icon packages when she only has enough icons to need one. Um. Oops? But I used the userpic reallocator thing to switch it to one userpic package worth six months total instead of three packages worth two months total. :|b So that's just extra initiative to keep her a good long while. ♥ The extra packages will not go to waste!
