Is Sandown like Hooksett or Auburn...or Chester sized? Because those small towns all have total Serpico complexes, when in fact they're rejects from the part-time academy and they're just rent-a-cops.

And to clarify, Officer King was never a reject from the part-time academy. He graduated first I think. Then he went to the big leagues.
