Relaxing weekend at home

Those of you who know me know that it is very difficult for me to just sit down and relax anymore.  Last weekend was extremely relaxing away at VA Beach, and this weekend I had no set plans and vowed to relax a little if possible. Ha ha.

If you count Friday, I did a very fast clutter-cleaning before the maids got here--they usually come around 1 but

Yes, we both enjoyed it quite a bit. I'm glad I bought it! I'm off of meat pies for awhile, though...and I kept thinking of Janet (weren't you in that LARP where she played Mrs. Lovett?). LOL

We started to watch the special features portion, but I lost steam and had to go to bed. Interesting that neither Johnny Depp nor Helena Bonham Carter had really sung in anything before...I thought they did a great job!

Johnny was in a couple bands way back when, but singing with amps and mixers isn't the same as being trained to project. Those kids though - all so fabulous. I could really stand for that there young sailor to be a few years older....
