On Saturday I got a massage from a friend, who said he could tell that I'd been working on my arms. Yay! I'm actually starting to see some definition in my deltoids, too. :)
What kind of strength training are you doing? I've been trying to hit the weights myself and am seeing some decent results. Still not dropping any weight but my arms and thighs look a little better.
The routine varies, but we use a balance ball, different free weights (5, 8, 10, & 12 lb), and a resistaband. The hard stuff is trying to balance with just our shoulders/neck on the ball while doing flys with the heavy weights. I still have a poor sense of balance. Maybe one day I'll get it. :)
