Thurs: rest (strength training was cancelled)

Week 12 Mileage
Mon: 3
Tues: 3 + strength training
Wed: 2.5
Thurs: 3.1 + strength training
Fri: rest
Sat: rest (rainy and windy, ugh!)
Sun: 6.1
