Back again!
Well... hasn't it been a while?!
Whats been happening with me you ask?? Well...
Recently I have been very ill. Probably for the last 8 or 9 weeks now if not more. I lost my job because of being sick as the bastards wouldn't allow me to drop some shifts.
Couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, nor could any doctor that i went to see. I was constantly throwing up and lethargic. Finally a very expensive doctor gave me some hope of what was wrong and sent me for some tests. Turns out that i had acute kidney failure and i had to go to hospital right away.
Of course the woman in me that doesn't like to take orders tried to disagree with the argument that i had a trial for a great job the next day! The doctor wasn't to impressed with me!! I went down, was there for four days during the nurses strikes!! Had a kidney biopsy (not fun) as the doctors couldn't work out why the failure had occurred. Turns out i had an allergic reaction to penicillin or to another medication that i was on.
The hospital filled me full of liquid and helpful drugs and sent me home..
Since then i've been working my way back to a full recovery. I'm getting closer, but not there yet! Have been fighting with Satanlink, and in the meantime found a casual job at a vet clinic which is great :)
Anyway,... enough about me.. how are all my friends out there in LJ world?!!
