What's cool is that the fandom is still reasonably active despite the show being off the air for what, a decade?

Obviously: Observations in Sentinels & Guides in Victorian London. The fic is awesome, but the writer is terrible at linking forward, so this is the last part of the last chapter. Use the links at the top to go to the beginning.
The one I think started it off: Susan's GDP fics She's HUGE on Blair whump, light on porn, but has the mythos completely nailed.
Mountain Pass is a nice AU version of Jim and Blair meeting and bonding in the woods. Blair gets some nice H/C, which makes a nice antidote for the Blair whump in many of these.

I think she never tried to understand it, just always bought the party line. Going on about how wonderful it would be if John were a Guide and not really listening to why he doesn't think that's such a great idea. ...they get to go with their Sentinel. Who wouldn’t want that? It's been put like that to them for generations and she never questioned it. And even later I don't think she questioned that part of it. It makes me want to hug John.
You rock ordinary. You have a talent for ordinary.
I remember enjoying that line the first time I read it and this time it actually made me laugh.
