Thrilling and chilling. I always root for the guides in these sorts of AUs. I guess that is one of the elements that makes the trope so interesting - the tension between instinct and personal choice. I'm looking forward to the rest!

I always root for the Guides too -- but I kinda want them to be caught as well. I like them to find a middle ground in the end where no one quite gets their way but it's nonetheless acceptable for everyone.
