Being a writer is tough, guys.
It's what you're supposed to do, as a writer, but I'm a coward and facing my fears is hard. Engaging with my fears to create a good story is hard for me. For my Genre Studies class, our first assessment is a 1000-word textual analysis, where we pick one text (one episode of one show, for example) and describe how it exemplifies a certain genre, etc.
